Low-Earth-Orbit satellite access network (LEO-SAN) can realize real-time and three-dimensional broadband on the earth anywhere any time. It has become a major development trend of Internet mobile communication networks, attracted more attention research from academia industry. LEO satellites achieve global coverage through giant constellations. Compared with medium- high-orbit satellites, have larger bandwidth shorter delay, they are becoming an integrated part future 6G networks. Many countries in world planned for constellations spectrum allocation to support process implementation. Differing traditional terrestrial LEO-SAN faces many challenges including high-speed mobility space base stations highly limited computing resources. large scales, where costs management, maintenance, control increase rapidly. In addition, movement makes topology change rapidly, which causes frequent handover user terminals. Moreover, beam overlaps between changes time, resulting potential interference. response these challenges, researchers carried out areas architecture, coverage, resource etc. However, is still its early stage, needed comprehensive systematic theoretical methods technical standards.
